WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Younan Properties Inc. has hired industryveteran Gregory Zack for the newly created post of vice presidentof capital markets to help the investment and asset managementcompany execute its growth strategy. Zack who brings more than 40years of experience in commercial real estate to his new position,was a principal of ProMark Capital in Los Angeles before joiningYounan.

Zaya Younan, chairman and CEO of Younan Properties, said in astatement regarding Zack’s appointment: “As the companysuccessfully grows its national platform, the requirement growsconcurrently for in-house expertise to handle the volume oftransactions.” Younan further noted that Zack “has been a trustedconsultant who has worked with us over the past decade.”
