ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The demand for buildings with more than100,000 square feet of area in North Orange County showed signs ofrecovery in the third quarter of 2010.
The recovery was marked by the sale of 200,000 square feet ofspace in Placentia at 200 Boysenberry Lane and the leases of twostructures in Anaheim with a total square feet area of 425,000square feet.
