Orange County Market for Larger Buildings Rebounds

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The demand for buildings with more than 100,000 square feet of area in North Orange County showed signs of recovery in the third quarter of 2010.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The demand for buildings with more than 100,000 square feet of area in North Orange County showed signs of recovery in the third quarter of 2010.

The recovery was marked by the sale of 200,000 square feet of space in Placentia at 200 Boysenberry Lane and the leases of two structures in Anaheim with a total square feet area of 425,000 square feet. The leases were signed by Straub Distribution Co. and Eleganza Tile Inc. in October 2010. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
