BATON ROUGE, LA-Sausalito-based Shore to Shore Properties has purchased a 348-bed, 98-unit student housing community called Sterling Northgate. Student housing division of the Dinerstein Cos., Sterling University Housing is the seller of the property.
The National Student Housing Group of Apartment Realty Advisors represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal. The facility was erected in 2006 and is located close to Louisiana State University. It features a fitness center, rooftop resort-design pool, tanning salon, cyber-cafe and study lounge.
