BATON ROUGE, LA-Sausalito-based Shore to Shore Properties haspurchased a 348-bed, 98-unit student housing community calledSterling Northgate. Student housing division of the DinersteinCos., Sterling University Housing is the seller of theproperty.
The National Student Housing Group of Apartment Realty Advisorsrepresented both the seller and the buyer in the deal. The facilitywas erected in 2006 and is located close to Louisiana StateUniversity. It features a fitness center, rooftop resort-designpool, tanning salon, cyber-cafe and study lounge.
