LOS ANGELES-Hillhurst Los Feliz LLC's managing partner Adler Realty Investments Inc. has negotiated two leases for 10 years. Hillhurst purchased the property at 4500 Los Feliz Blvd. in 2004. Lee & Associates represented the owner in both the deals.
