LOS ANGELES-Hillhurst Los Feliz LLC's managing partner AdlerRealty Investments Inc. has negotiated two leases for 10 years.Hillhurst purchased the property at 4500 Los Feliz Blvd. in 2004.Lee & Associates represented the owner in both the deals.
