IRVINE, CA-Barnhart Balfour Beatty has completed construction of $55-million Orchard Hills School in the Tustin Unified School District. The school sits on a site spanning 15 acres in Irvine.
The school is designed to accommodate over 1,200 students. It comprises supporting facilities and 45 teaching classes totaling 147,524 square feet. The project was financed by taxes on new housing projects and equivalent state funds. Irvine-based MVE Institutional Inc. was the architect of the project.
