SAN DIEGO-In a major boost to the housing market in San Diego County, Beverly Hills-based builder, Shapell Homes has purchased nearly 200 acres of land in Carlsbad's Robertson Ranch, and intends to construct over 600 homes in a few years. Shapell Homes expects to start construction at the site in nearly two years.
