SAN DIEGO-Sudberry Properties has started the construction of amixed-use development called Civita in San Diego's Mission Valleyarea. The 230-acre development with four phases will be completewith over 4000 homes in a span of 12 years.

The development, earlier known as Quarry Falls, will have condosand apartments, offices, community gathering spots and retailofferings.
