
SAN DIEGO-Sudberry Properties has started the construction of a mixed-use development called Civita in San Diego's Mission Valley area. The 230-acre development with four phases will be complete with over 4000 homes in a span of 12 years.
The development, earlier known as Quarry Falls, will have condos and apartments, offices, community gathering spots and retail offerings.
