ORLANDO-Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors has completed a new lease deal in Orlando.

ORLANDO-Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors has completed a new lease deal in Orlando. Courier Express/Orlando, Inc. has leased 52,228 square feet at 7488 Brokerage Drive from CLP Industrial Properties, LLC.

In the transaction, the landlord was represented by Tom McFadden and William "Bo" Bradford from Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors, while the tenant was represented by Steve Coughlin from Coughlin Commercial. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
