NEW YORK CITY-Invesco Immobilien Fonds IV US Partners, a German investment fund, has bought 20,000 square feet of retail space, occupied by All Saints, from Thor Equities for $55 million. The firm has purchased the first floor of the six-story loft building situated at 56 Crosby Street on Broadway.
This is the second acquisition for the fund in the US. In August, the fund bought a property at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport for an amount of $15.35 million. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
