CHICAGO-A venture of Houston-based Boxer Property has acquired a four-story office building at 75 Executive Dr., outside the Westfield Fox Valley mall in west suburban Aurora for $2.36 million. The firm bought the property from a special servicer, Miami Beach, FL-based LNR Property LLC.
The servicer took over the 107,087-square-foot building in November 2009 through foreclosure. Art Burrows from Oakbrook Terrace-based NAI Hiffman negotiated the deal on behalf of the servicer. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
