CHICAGO-Loyola University Chicago has acquired the site of a proposed condominium building situated close to its Rogers Park campus for an amount of $940,000 or about $52 per square foot. The 18,000-square-foot site, which is being vacant for long time, is located at the northwest corner of Rosemont Avenue and Broadway Avenue.

The university bought the 6300 N. Broadway Ave. site from developers Nasir Hemani and Altaf. Dan Steinberg of Titan Commercial LLC represented the buyer in the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
