SAN DIEGO-Pathfinder Partners LLC and Raintree Residential LLC, San Diego-based investment firms, have teamed up and formed a joint venture and have plans of investing $5 million in distressed homes from banks and via short sales.
The venture known as Pathfinder Raintree Residential LLC intends to renovate and lease about 50 troubled single-family homes in Chula Vista, Escondido and other foreclosure-hit areas, which will probably aid in stabilizing markets. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
