NEW PORT RICHEY, FL-Southwind Hospitality has announced that Quality Inn & Suites, which is presently under receivership, has joined the list of hotel properties managed by Southwind. Quality Inn & Suites is situated at 5316 US 19 N. in New Port Richey.
Gilles Arditi, President of the Southwind, has been nominated as receiver, and a full management contract has been signed by the company. Southwind will plan as well as supervise all operations at the hotel. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
