MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has negotiated the lease of former Bennigan's Restaurant facility in Sanford. Sun Valley Buffet has leased the 6,313-square-foot facility located at 4520 West SR 46 in Sanford near Heathrow for 10 years from GE Capital Franchise Finance Corporation, which operates as GE CPAC Investment II, Inc.
