DENVER-A trustee for the Edwin C. Wilson Trust, SunTrust Bank has sold 950 S. Quebec St. Walgreens store in Denver. The retail tower has been traded for $2.73 million. The buyer of the building was Spring Valley-based CO WAG Owner LLC.
