GENEVA-A unit of San Diego-based Westcore Properties, Westcore Europe has bought a two-story industrial tower, Satigny Business Park, in Geneva, Switzerland. The deal was worth more than $29.2 million. The firm will lease a part of the 156,000-square-foot tower to Charmilles Technologies, the seller, who is a major Swiss manufacturer of industrial equipment.
