GENEVA-A unit of San Diego-based Westcore Properties, WestcoreEurope has bought a two-story industrial tower, Satigny BusinessPark, in Geneva, Switzerland. The deal was worth more than $29.2million. The firm will lease a part of the 156,000-square-foottower to Charmilles Technologies, the seller, who is a major Swissmanufacturer of industrial equipment.
