SANTA MONICA, CA-Online car sales firm Zag.com Inc. has inked a 17,261-square-foot lease at 120 Broadway to relocate its headquarters from 525 Broadway. Douglas Emmett is the owner of the property. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Zag will shift to the new location by February 1, 2011. Craig Kish and John Ghiselli of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while the owner was represented by an internal team. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
