NEW YORK CITY-Adspace Networks is doubling its space at 99 Park Ave. to accommodate its headquarters. The company has inked a lease for 10 years with Eastgate Realty for 10,800 square feet.
According to CoStar Group, the average asking rent is $46 per square foot at 99 Park Ave. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by David Dusek and Ryan McKinney of Studley, and the landlord was represented by Paul Glickman and Steve Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield.
