According to CoStar Group, the average asking rent is $46 persquare foot at 99 Park Ave. In the transaction, the tenant wasrepresented by David Dusek and Ryan McKinney of Studley, and thelandlord was represented by Paul Glickman and Steve Bauer ofCushman & Wakefield.
