ALBUQUERQUE-Illinois-based Sparton Corp. has announced the sale of a manufacturing facility recently occupied by Sparton Technology Inc. The 109,835-square-foot facility located at 8500 Bluewater Rd. NW was sold for a total amount of $4.5 million.
Since the deal is still under contract, the buyer of the property was not disclosed. Sparton bought the property from Honeywell.
