
NEW YORK CITY-Developer Blue Zees Real Estate has plans to construct a movie theater, the $9.3 million project, on a vacant site located at the corner of Grand Street and Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg. The three-story theater will have 850 stadium seats and six screens.
The company purchased the site for $3 million in May. The theater, which will be finished by next fall, is the third movie house designed for the neighborhood.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
