NEW YORK CITY-Mars Bar will be closed next year for the construction of a projected 12-story development. Brooklyn-based BFC Partners, the developer, has said that it is willing to talk terms on a return for the bar.

Along with Mars Bars, Max Fish and Pink Pony will also lose their deals on January 30 following failed lease dialogues. The developer has established relocation agreements with the nine tenants of the property, where Mars Bars occupies space, and the adjacent property. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
