NEW YORK CITY-Mars Bar will be closed next year for the construction of a projected 12-story development. Brooklyn-based BFC Partners, the developer, has said that it is willing to talk terms on a return for the bar.
Along with Mars Bars, Max Fish and Pink Pony will also lose their deals on January 30 following failed lease dialogues.
