MILWAUKEE-The developers Marriott hotel at downtown Milwaukeeare seeking to redesign the project in order to safeguard thefrontages of existing buildings situated along Milwaukee Street andWisconsin Avenue. The Milwaukee Historic Preservation Commissiontold the heads of Wave Development LLC to revise a proposal todestroy buildings in view of a projected new 200-room hotel.
