NEW YORK CITY-A former head chef of Orsay and La Goulue is planning to open a new pub in a few weeks at 401 E. 76th St. Jason Hicks and Yves Jadot will name the new pub as Jones Wood Foundry.
Hicks and Jadot have leased 1,700 square feet on the ground floor and 1,000 square feet on the basement from the Eberhart brothers. They will pay $11,500 per month as rent. The new eatery will have 75 seats. For the full story, go to New York Post.
