NEW YORK CITY-The Greek Archdiocese of New York is planning to file a lawsuit against the Port Authority to respect a disputed agreement to construct a new church across the street from the site of World Trade Center. The proposed church building at 130 Liberty St. will replace St. Nicholas Church, which was destroyed on 9/11.

However, steel** the PA has ordered to build the Vehicle Screening Center under 130 Liberty St. cannot support the structure of the proposed church. For the full story, go to New York Post.
