NEW YORK CITY-Two financial services companies have signed leases in a building located at 499 Park Ave., East 59th Street. Woodbine Capital Advisors has leased 11,300 square feet, while Cantor Fitzgerald has expanded its total leased space to 50,000 square feet by signing a lease for 20,000 square feet.
