NEW YORK CITY-Laure Inc. is opening a Mediterranean fast-food restaurant on Third Avenue in Kips Bay. It has inked a lease with Culinary Associates for 730 square feet at 379 Third Ave. situated between East 27th and East 28th streets.
The asking rent for the space was $123 per square foot. In the transaction, Prudential Douglas Elliman's Khodor Zaidan represented the tenant, while Buchbinder & Warren Realty's Elba Diaz and William Abramson represented the landlord.
