McBride Family Trust Sells Industrial Building in Vista

SAN DIEGO-An industrial building, situated in Vista, has been sold to a reptile supply company.

SAN DIEGO-An industrial building, situated in Vista, has been sold to a reptile supply company. The McBride Family Trust has sold the 7,120-square-foot building in the Kendall Business Park at 1200 Avenida Chelsea in Vista to 1216 Avenida Chelsea LLC, dba LLL Reptile and Supply for $734,000.

The reptile supply company will use the freestanding building for online order fulfillments and warehouse operations. David Onosko, Ron King and Bob Willingham of Coldwell Banker Commercial negotiated the deal. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
