GLENVIEW, IL-Mead Johnson Nutrition Co. has doubled its officetenancy at the Opus Gateway building here to about 68,000 squarefeet. The move is part of a consolidation to the company’s newheadquarters within the building from a satellite office inEvansville, IN.
The pediatric nutrition firm has only been in the four-storybuilding since early 2009. Lynn Clark, the company’s SVP of humanresources, said the 134,000 square foot building is in the rightlocation at the right price.
Completed in 2008, the property at 2701 Patriot Blvd. is nowoccupied by two tenants. Mead Johnson is in the top two floors, andNavman Wireless has 9,000 square feet in the bottom floor. The restis vacant and available, says John Carlson, real estate directorfor Opus Development Corp.
