NEW YORK CITY-Richline Group, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, is relocating its corporate headquarters to 1385 Broadway. The firm has leased 32,488 square feet at 1385 Broadway.
Richline will move from its current headquarters situated in Mount Vernon to the new location. Greg Taubin and Gabe Marans of Studley negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. Terms of the deal were not revealed. For the full story, go to New York Post.
