NEW YORK CITY-Richline Group, a subsidiary of BerkshireHathaway, is relocating its corporate headquarters to 1385Broadway. The firm has leased 32,488 square feet at 1385Broadway.
Richline will move from its current headquarters situated inMount Vernon to the new location. Greg Taubin and Gabe Marans ofStudley negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. Terms of thedeal were not revealed. For the full story, go to New York Post.
