CHICAGO-The Arboretum, Chicago's biggest shopping center, is up for sale. A construction loan worth $91 million on the 600,000-square-foot shopping center was put up for sale. Due to the current market's low real estate prices, experts believe that the loan could be purchased for anywhere between $40 million and $60 million.
The shopping center is over 86% leased and boasts of tenants such as LL Bean and Pinstripes and Gold Class Cinemas. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
