GREENSBORO, NC-Bell Partners, an apartment operator based in Greensboro, has sold an apartment complex having 514 units in Alabama to the New York-based Rohdie Group for about $28.4 million. The deal follows the firm's recent purchase of a 192-unit apartment community in Chesapeake, Virginia.
The apartment community measuring 540,000 square feet was previously known as the Flagstone Apartments, and was constructed in 1985 in Madison, Alabama. The apartment complex is currently called Carrington Cove Apartments. For the full story, go to The Business Journal of the Greater Triad Area.
