MIAMI BEACH-A firm led by Michael Comras, a Miami Beach-basedretail investor, has bought the 701 Lincoln Rd. for an amount of$17.5 million. The 40,000-square-foot, three-story building willhouse the first store of Forever 21 in Miami Beach.

Jeffrey Cohen from the Commercial Group ofEsslinger-Wooten-Maxwell negotiated the deal on behalf of thebuyer. Cohen said that this large building is situated on theretail street, which is highly priced in Miami-Dade County.For the full story, go to Florida Real EstateJournal.
