TAMPA, FL-Construction on the new workforce housing facility has begun in downtown Tampa. The announcement was made by Urban Studio Architects. Metro 510, the 120-unit project, will include St. Paul AME Church, which will feature as the facility's amenity and clubhouse building.
The St. Paul Church is one of Tampa city's Local Historic Landmarks. The project is being developed by Sage Partners LLC, who had recently finished the renovation of St. Petersburg's Viridian Apartments. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
