HFF Sells Volusia Square to Cole Real Estate Investments

MIAMI-The sale of a part of the Volusia Square has been completed by Holiday Fenoglio Fowler in Miami.

MIAMI-The sale of a part of the Volusia Square has been completed by Holiday Fenoglio Fowler in Miami. Volusia Square is a retail community center measuring 349,544 square feet in Daytona Beach and includes tenants such as TJ Maxx, HH Gregg, Hobby Lobby, Babies R' Us, Toys R' Us and Home Depot.

The property was sold for $31 million to Cole Real Estate Investments. The sale was conducted on behalf of the seller, Retail Planning Corporation of Atlanta. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
