DALLAS-Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc., an apartment investor based in Memphis, has bought Bella Casita, a 268-unit apartment project in Las Colinas. The apartment project is situated on Lake Carolyn Parkway in Irving.
Mid-America spent $57 million in acquisitions for Bella Casita apartments as well as for a larger apartment complex in Charlotte, NC.
