New Marriott Hotel to Come Up in Orlando

ORLANDO-A new Marriott hotel is being developed by Legacy Hotel Advisors in Orlando.

ORLANDO-A new Marriott hotel is being developed by Legacy Hotel Advisors in Orlando. The new hotel will feature 129 rooms and will be located on Darden Restaurants Inc.'s new headquarter campus.

The hotel is the first phase of Darden's development plans for the new 64-acre campus with 45,000 square feet and 28,000 square feet set aside for office and retail space as part of the future phases. Construction is expected to begin in 2011. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
