PALM BAY, FL-Palm Bay's Palm Bay West has been sold by Plaza Advisors.

Located between Minton Road and Malabar Road the shopping center's gross leasable area measures 263,365 square feet.

Notable tenants include a 10-screen theatre, Dollar Tree, Ace Hardware, Beall's Department Store and Winn Dixie. The seller, Edens & Avant, was represented by Plaza Advisors.
