CHICAGO-Ascent Corp., a St. Louis-based data center developer, has inked the first tenant, a Fortune 100 multimedia company, to its new data center measuring 250,000 square feet in west suburban Northlake. The company is working on a $75-million construction for the tenant in the facility which is still under development.
The new tenant will occupy nearly 15% of space in the data center in the spring. Ascent is constructing the facility just east of its 707,244-square-foot data center. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
