CHICAGO-Ascent Corp., a St. Louis-based data center developer,has inked the first tenant, a Fortune 100 multimedia company, toits new data center measuring 250,000 square feet in west suburbanNorthlake. The company is working on a $75-million construction forthe tenant in the facility which is still under development.
