BEVERLY, MS-Endicott College has purchased a 1.8 acre property for $3.1 million. The property located along Route 127 in Beverly was acquired by the private college on Dec. 15.
The property, a 110-year-old mansion, was previously owned by Krista Realty Trust and was purchased by the trust for $1.85 million in 1999.
