NEW YORK CITY-Six buildings in the Upper East Side of New Yorkare up for sale for $26 million. The buildings, which include 45apartments and vacant retail frontage measuring 80 feet, was put upfor sale last week.

The buildings are situated at 1144, 1146, 1148, 1150 Second Aveand 1160 and 1162 First Ave. The buildings are owned by ArthurBrown, founder of Holby Valve. The apartments will be renovated andthen leased out to interested tenants. For the full story,go to Crain's New YorkBusiness.
