ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Festival Companies has sold Town Center Plaza, a shopping center measuring 5,789 square feet at 18503 Yorba Linda Boulevard in Yorba Linda, to Tony Nam for an amount of $4.17 million or about $720 per square foot. The center, which is fully leased, includes GameStop, AT&T, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Panda Express as tenants.
