DALLAS-Daikin AC (Americas) Inc. has leased an industrial space measuring 79,993 square feet at 1100 N. 28th St. at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

DALLAS-Daikin AC (Americas) Inc. has leased an industrial space measuring 79,993 square feet at 1100 N. 28th St. at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The industrial space was leased from LIT Industrial Texas LP.

Adam Hammack and Steve Trese from CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant, while Craig Hughes from Hughes Commercial and Ashley Pope of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
