HOUSTON-Contract Land Staff has signed a lease deal with Planned Community Developers for 20,956 square feet in a new office building at Sugar Land Town Square at 2245 Texas Dr., Suite 200. The six-story office building comprises 13,000 square feet of retail space and 166,000 square feet of office space.
