HOUSTON-Bandier Realty Partners has negotiated a lease renewal on behalf of Excellence in IS Solutions with Gupta Houston Texas 2190 North Loop West Properties. Excellence in IS Solutions has renewed its lease agreement for 4,270 square feet of office space at 2190 North Loop West.

In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Trey Halberdier of Bandier Realty Partners, and the landlord was represented by Robert Cullum of Asset Plus Corp. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
