BOSTON-People gathered at the Public Library of Brookline'sPutterham Branch to question a revised proposal for increasingapartments at Hancock Village. The development, built in 1948, hasnearly 530 apartments situated off VFW Parkway and IndependenceDrive in the southern part of Brookline.
